Kelly O’Brien is a Sales Manager for Recruitment Advertising at the Chicago Tribune. She started with Tribune Company 4 years ago as an advertising account executive and now manages an outside sales team. Kelly and her team work with hiring managers throughout the Chicago area to find the best media solutions for their recruiting needs, working with both Tribune and Careerbuilder.com products. As Social Media continues to become a key recruitment tool, the Tribune has gained new partnerships and opportunities on sites including Facebook and Twitter.

Kelly graduated from The University of Iowa with a B.A. in Journalism and Business. She has been with Tribune 4 years and is currently working on her M.B.A. at Loyola University, focusing on Marketing and Management.
